A 6–9 kW electric sauna heater with built-in controls and a massive 200 lb stone capacity, designed to create softer steam from the sides or a sharper burst of löyly when water is poured directly on top.
A high-stone-capacity heater built for adjustable löyly
The Harvia Cilindro Half Series combines a tall open stone column with a 200 lb stone capacity across its 6, 8 and 9 kW versions. Its grate-like outer structure exposes a large stone surface, allowing bathers to change the character of the steam depending on where water is poured.
Water poured onto the side of the stone column produces softer steam, while pouring directly onto the top creates a sharper burst of löyly. Built-in controls are positioned on the lower face of the heater, and all three models operate on 240V single-phase power with a temperature range of 104°F to 194°F.
